A website overhaul doesn't have to be expensive or even that cumbersome. While you should be thoughtful about your approach and take time to do it right, you can switch over to some new site templates without much hassle.

Of course, you shouldn't create a new website just for the sake of doing something new. There should be some goal in mind. Do you want to refocus your brand? Appear more in search results? Attract more visitors to your site?

Bryant: A website template designed with real estate in mind, its thumbnail galleries and individual listing pages can help you market listings and seal the deal. While you'll see residential space in the template, it's easy to adapt to commercial needs.

Although there are fewer images, the text allows you to get straight to the point, allowing you to highlight your competitive advantage or market expertise. And of course, your contact information is front and center.
